About Us:

Lean Leadership Academy was created in 2018, to primarily bridge the gap between what school districts have time and resources to cover and what the real world demands. LLA founders believe in partnership with regular schooling to further develop a competitive edge for our students.

What we do
We equip students with the right K-S-A-O

K-Knowledge. We carefully pick the pertinent Knowledge, that is absolutely, positively and unequivocally necessary for our students in this era to be successful, while they maintain their status of their Good Citizenship!

S-Skill. We allow them to put their knowledge into practice and become skillful, during many workshops, and inside and outside the class exercises.

A-Ability. Now that our students are “skillful”, we will help them improve, enhance, and Kaizen their skills, so they will become “able”.

O-Other Attributes. Such as positive attitude, task/time-management, and other vital soft skills. We call the entire package of Other Attribute, “Lunchability”; the ability to entice others to want to lunch with you. (Likability)
