Youth Leadership Program

Lean Leadership Academy is pleased to present its affective youth leadership program for students between the age of 9 to 18 (some exceptions may apply) Our experienced staff is determined to take the youth to the next level, where they can be quite successful, while remaining ethical!

This program is conducted in a workshop manner and consists of three distinct sections essential to everybody's success!

Character

This section will bring out the best parts of the character that the youth are already possess and provide applicable guidance to create an unshakable character. Topics like "responsibility, respect, self-discipline, patience, self-confidence and self-reliance” are thoroughly examined and done. Exercises are given throughout the workshop. Students will have a very clear understanding of why a strong character is necessary to deal with many challenges they are facing with and how to build a sustainable one!

Communication

Studies have conclusively shown that those, who can effectively express them-selves through verbal communication and possess leadership skills, are invariably more successful in all areas of their lives, including but not limited to:

"Schooling, relationships and finances".

This very interactive workshop will focus on these essentials skills by allowing the youth to get the first-hand experience through actual classwork and related projects!

Entrepreneurship

It's true that money is not everything! However, once one has developed a healthy character, he/she knows how to earn/create sizable fortune and how to invest/spend/donate it, the right way! This workshop will enhance the youth’s understanding of value, benefits and potential pitfalls of money. Students will have a better appreciation for money, how to earn and manage it, how to grow their net worth and how to be aware of its traps. What our students will learn in this workshop, is something that they can definitely take to the bank!
